Black Rhino - DUNDI
Over 98% of the world ’s black rhinos were slaughtered during the poaching wars of the 1970s
and 1980s
. South Africa is now home to the largest number surviving today. Dundi
is the first daughter of Shibula
, a black rhino rescued by DSWF
from a European zoo and released back to the wild. Dundi
now lives in South Africa's Mountain Zebra National Park and is an integral part of a successful breeding programme
. Adopt Dundi
and help us to protect rhinos and build her family a more secure future.
