Art for Survival

DSWF helps animals through the sales of painting of famous wildlife artists worldwide ………. Now we need your artistic help!!

Send us photographs of paintings/sculptures or collages done by you, either at home or school, which we can exhibit on our website and use to inspire other budding artists to do their bit to raise awareness of the world's threatened wildlife.

Or:

Have you been on hols recently and photographed unusual wildlife or its unusual behaviour? We would love you to share it with us, and exhibit in the Kid's Gallery.

Send all contributions to kidszone@davidshepherd.org

The winner of the most artistic photo or work of art each month will receive a FREE copy of a David Shepherd wildlife poster.

Hello David,

How are you? We met you ( Sacha several times!!) at the DSWF art competition and had our photograph taken with you. This year my (Holly's) picture was of my photographs of the animals I saw when on safari at Umlani Bush Camp in the Timbavati nature rserve. You really liked them.

We have just hear from the people at the camp that there have been two white lion babies just born!! There haven't been any since 1993 so it is very exciting! We thought you would like to see the picture of them.

We still love animals and have adopted an animal from DSWF with our birthday money. I have got the tiger and Sacha the moon bear (she loves bears!!). I still want to be a wildlife photographer and Sacha wants to do a job like Saba - we sent the picture to her also.

We are going to the Okovango Delta just after xmas so hopefully I can take some more photographs. Please let us know if you like the picture. We are sending this from mummy's computer but our email addresses are-

We like you very much and the work you do

lots of love from

Holly & Sacha (twins from Herries school)
