Monthly gifts are carried out in association with RBS Worldpay, one of the largest online payment providers in the world, through their "FuturePay" system.
When you agree to make a monthly gift, your card will be debited to the amount that you entered each month on the day after you sign-up. For instance, if you sign up on the 1st of May, you card will be debited on the 2nd of each month until you stop it, or until your card is no longer valid. The amount you are charged will never change.
After you have entered your card details, you will receive an *agreement ID*, which is your reference to your monthly gift, as well as a username and password to log-in to the WorldPay website. This will be shown to you on the thank you web page, and also sent to you via the email address you entered. Please keep this information safe for future use.
If you wish to cancel your monthly gift at any stage, go to the WorldPay website, and use the username and password given to you to log-in and cancel any future payments. The website provides a facility to retrieve forgotten passwords, but if you have any further difficulties, contact DSWF.
